Bridget Hall is a driven & successful entrepreneur running a non-profit company named the Coffee Exchange Alliance. About the Author:
This is the second novel from Theodore Erski, a sequel to his debut work, Salavandra: A Coffee Tale. A Coffee Crusade examines some of the challenges that fair trade advocates tackle when working to establish more equitable terms-of-trade between producers and consumers. It also reveals many details of small-scale coffee processing, from cultivating trees to sorting beans for the export market. Theodore hopes this book contributes to a sense of global connectivity and responsibility whenever consumers take a sip of their daily brew.
